RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Accidental or duplicate orders that are canceled before fulfillment may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. Please contact us immediately at info@readherbookbox.com if you placed an order in error. All approved refunds are issued minus the original payment processing fee.

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month's box. Once a charge has processed and your box has been fulfilled, no refunds will be issued.

Damaged or missing items — if your box arrives damaged, please email us at info@readherbookbox.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will do our best to make it right.

Lost or stolen packages — once your tracking shows delivered, ReadHer Book Box is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims.htm. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
